BF.direkt AG operates as a “one-stop” financing provider without its own lending book and has an excellent industry network and a broad market overview on both the borrower and lender sides. On the borrower side, this includes property portfolio owners, project and property developers, funds and property stock corporations.
On the lender side, BF.direkt boasts excellent regional networking with local banks and savings banks in addition to contact with national property and mortgage banks. Each year, more than 30 employees at locations in Stuttgart, Berlin, Frankfurt/Main and Munich handle inquiries with a volume of several billion euro. Of this amount, an average of one billion euro of financing is implemented.
